EcoScore Subscription & Licensing Terms

EcoScore is a sustainability rating system provided by JGBM Ltd ("the Provider"). These Terms govern your use of EcoScore data, ratings, visual assets, and downloadable certificates across your webshop, internal systems, and customer communications.

Once approved, you'll receive a unique EcoScore token and a setup guide.

Your token links EcoScore data to your authorised webstore.

As a Subscriber, you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• ✅ Display EcoScore Leaf icons and data on your authorised website(s)
• ✅ Use PDF EcoScore certificates in quotes/marketing (Tier 2 only)

You must not:

• Alter, misrepresent, or redistribute EcoScore content (except your PDFs)
• Use EcoScore on unauthorised platforms
• Remove EcoScore branding or attribution

All intellectual property in EcoScore—including scores, data formatting, visuals, and software—remains the exclusive property of JGBM Ltd.

Scores may change. EcoScore is updated quarterly to reflect new product data and sustainability insights. These updates may affect displayed ratings.

JGBM Ltd may monitor usage to ensure compliance. Audits will be conducted with reasonable notice.

Your subscription runs for 12 months and renews automatically unless cancelled.

Pricing or terms may be updated with 30 days' notice before renewal.

You may cancel at any time by email. JGBM Ltd may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are breached
• You cease to be a JGBM customer

On termination:

• All EcoScore content must be removed from public websites within 14 days
• No refunds will be given for unused time in the current billing period

EcoScore is intended solely to help customers make informed, sustainable purchasing decisions. Use beyond this purpose (e.g. resale, redistribution) is not permitted.

All brands and logos featured within EcoScore remain the property of their respective owners. Product data is based on brand-supplied information and may be subject to change.

EcoScore is provided "as is". JGBM Ltd does not guarantee accuracy or completeness and accepts no liability for:

• Errors, omissions, or outdated content
• Direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the data

Assessments reflect available information at the time of publication.

We may collect anonymised usage data to improve the platform. No personal or commercially sensitive data will be used without your consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
